Welcome to NailWell Private Limited (“NailWell”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NailWell website, booking services, purchase of nail-printing sessions, passes, and other services offered by NailWell.

1. Our Services

NailWell provides technology-enabled nail printing and nail-art services. Customers may choose from available designs or provide their own eligible photographs, artwork, patterns, logos, or other designs.

Available services may include:

• One-Hand Nail Printing Session – ₹999

• Full-Hand Nail Printing Session – ₹1,399

• 5 Full-Hand Sessions Pass – ₹5,999

• Other services or offers that may be introduced from time to time.

Prices may change without prior notice, but the price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

2. Customer-Provided Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring that photographs, artwork, logos, and other content submitted to NailWell may legally be used.

You must not submit content that:

• infringes copyright or trademark rights;

• contains unlawful or prohibited material;

• contains abusive, threatening, or hateful material;

• violates another person’s privacy or rights; or

• is otherwise unlawful.

NailWell reserves the right to refuse to print content that it reasonably considers inappropriate or unlawful.

3. Bookings

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and/or confirmation by NailWell.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

NailWell does not store customers’ complete card, UPI, or other payment-instrument credentials on its own systems.

5. Non-Refundable Services

All NailWell service purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

This includes:

• individual nail-printing sessions;

• full-hand sessions;

• passes or packages;

• promotional purchases; and

• other prepaid services.

Customers should review the service description, price, terms and booking details before completing payment.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law, where NailWell is unable to provide the purchased service, or in cases of duplicate/erroneous payment.

6. Passes

Where a customer purchases a multi-session pass, the sessions may be used according to the specific validity period and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions do not automatically create a right to a cash refund.

7. Changes to Services

NailWell may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service, design collection, pricing, or promotional offer where reasonably necessary.

If NailWell cancels a prepaid service and cannot provide an equivalent service, the customer will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All NailWell trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and other intellectual property belong to NailWell or its respective licensors.

They may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

9. Limitation

NailWell will take reasonable care in providing its services. However, results may vary depending on the customer’s nail condition, selected design, image quality, and other factors.
